Sheffield Airport
This job again required Gabion Baskets to be used to retain earth on a new industrial site development near to Sheffield Airport, after discussion with the architect it was again decided to use Gabion Baskets with a 6-degree incline on the baskets. The job duration was about 6 weeks due to the disruption such a project caused and required 1000m3 of gabion baskets to achieve the required result.
